We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only share your information when the law allows it or when you give permission.

You have the right to:
- See or get a copy of your record.
- Ask for corrections.
- Request limits on sharing.
- Receive services from any qualified provider, and change providers if you choose.
- Tell us how you prefer to receive messages about your care, by text, email, voicemail, or phone.
- Be given information about the cost of services.
- Receive a list of certain disclosures.
- Request services in your preferred language. Free interpreter services are available.
- Ask questions at any time.
