PWP Health is a minority and women-owned organization headquartered in servicing Chicago, IL.
Yolanda Stone and Jenn Tardy developed a partnership in June of 2017 under the name Proving What’s Possible with a mission to advance the availability and practice of mental health services so that individuals with mental illness have access to first class support to find peace, stability and thrive in the communities in which they live. Through support, training, and mentoring of established and successful service providers, and mental health professionals, they were able to successfully start their own service provision of Mental Health Skill Building in Altavista, VA.
